1. Why would a seller take less for their home by selling to an iBuyer when they could get more in a traditional listing? They are looking for convenience and certainty, the ability to sell it as is and choose their closing date. 
2. If we’re not intentional about how we bring showing agents into our businesses, we can actually lose clients. It’s important that we position the assistant as a partner, and not as a pass-off to someone less experienced.
